On Body Printing and Inlays

Our customers require a professional finish on their discs, something that cannot be achieved with inkjet printing unless a lacquer coat is applied. MRH use Rimage thermal transfer printers that not only provide a photo quality image, but also a scratch resistant surface.

We can supply full colour digital printing for inlays - this is the best option for smaller runs where offset litho printing is not economical.

Full Colour Thermal On Body Printing

MRH use the Rimage Everest II thermal transfer printer in conjunction with full face printable CD/DVD media, this is by far the best option as the unprintable area is a maximum of only 22mm.

The quality is second to none and can only be matched by offset litho print which is only available for runs of over 1000.

Black on silver disc On Body Printing

This is the most economical solution for on body printing.

MRH use the Rimage Prism Plus thermal transfer printer. This high speed printer provides a very smart, professional finish as it prints directly on to silver CD/DVD media, again a much better option than inkjet printing.
